Her expertise spans International Human Resource Management (IHRM), Organizational Behavior (OB), cultural intelligence, expatriation, and management science. With over 30 peer-reviewed papersβ14 in JCR Q1 and 5 in Q2 journalsβand seven authored books, her cumulative impact factor exceeds 280. She has led multiple national and international research projects and received 12 prestigious awards.
