Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samira Eslamizad is an accomplished researcher and Assistant Professor at the Food Safety Research Center, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. Her research expertise lies in the fields of toxicology, food safety, and environmental health, focusing on the detection, quantification, and health risk assessment of chemical contaminants in food and environmental samples. She has made significant contributions to the development and validation of advanced analytical methods using LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and multiplex biochip array technologies to assess contaminants such as acrylamide, mycotoxins, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, antibiotic residues, and pesticides in food matrices.
