Prior to his Ph.D., he completed his M.Sc. in Emergency Nursing at the same institution from 2015 to 2017, where he studied tolerance levels among emergency nurses and factors influencing their stress and resilience. His career began with practical experience at the European Gaza Hospital in Gaza, Palestine, where he worked as a staff nurse in emergency situations, managing critical care and dealing with a large volume of patients. He then moved on to a part-time position at a Private Academic Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, where he gained further expertise in pediatric intensive care. Dr. Aslanoğlu transitioned to academia as a Research Assistant and Trainer at Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun, Turkey, where he supervised first aid students and trained them in emergency care practices. He also served as a trainer at Studiorum Prishtina University, Kosovo, where he conducted courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation for professionals. His experience extended internationally through a research exchange program at Malta University. Prior to his current role, Dr. Aslanoğlu was an Assistant Professor at Cyprus International University, where he founded and led the First Aid and Emergency Department, significantly contributing to the development of emergency medical training programs. Currently, he holds a position as Assistant Professor at Vision College in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he continues to educate the next generation of nursing professionals in critical care and emergency nursing.
