Dr. Zhang completed his B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering at BUPT before earning his M.Sc. in Communication and Information Systems from BUPT. He then pursued a Ph.D. in Satellite Communications and Networking at BUPT. Dr. Zhang serves as a long-term Associate Professor and doctoral supervisor at BUPT.
