Mr. Shoukat Ali Shah is a dedicated researcher and scholar specializing in cartography, geographical information engineering, and water resource management. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD at Wuhan University’s State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping, and Remote Sensing. He holds a Master of Engineering in Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam. With a strong academic background, Mr. Shah has contributed significantly to scientific research, focusing on hydrology, remote sensing, climate change, and geographic information systems. His expertise spans multiple disciplines, including water resources assessment, flood risk mapping, and agricultural crop monitoring. As a registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council, he actively participates in academic and professional projects, making impactful contributions to the field of environmental engineering and geospatial analysis.
