Prior to this, from August 2015 to January 2016, Dr. Alhammadi held the position of Senior Social Care Specialist at the Community Development Authority in Dubai. In this capacity, she focused on enhancing social care services and advocating for vulnerable populations within the community. Additionally, from September 2014 to December 2015, she contributed her expertise as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Sharjah, UAE, where she taught in the Arabic and Emirati Studies Department. Earlier in her career, Dr. Alhammadi worked as a Disability Specialist for Students with Vision Impairments at the Ministry of Education in Dubai from October 2007 to September 2008.
