She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the American University of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon, in 2005. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Health Policy and Management at AUB, graduating in 2007. Dr. Chaaya further advanced her expertise by completing a PhD in Health Services Research from the University of Toronto, Canada, in 2012, where her dissertation focused on improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes through innovative policy solutions.
