Paula Alonso Frías has developed robust laboratory and clinical skills through various academic and industry roles. Since June 2024, she has worked as Research Support Staff at Valencia University, contributing to a project on advanced reproductive technologies. Her work includes supervising cell cultures, applying molecular techniques like qPCR and immunofluorescence, and managing animal models. Between July 2023 and April 2024, she served as a Laboratory Technician in R&D at ROVI Pharmaceutical Laboratories, ensuring GMP compliance, data review, and CAPA implementation.
