Dr. Diego De La Fuente Stevens, an accomplished scholar in the field of economics, has established himself as a leading researcher through a distinguished academic journey and impactful contributions to global development policy and education economics. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Sussex , preceded by an MRes and MSc in Economics from University College London , an MSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics , and a BSc in Economics with Special Honors from ITAM, Mexico . Professionally, he has served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Sussex since, where he also directs undergraduate programs in Economics and International Development and leads doctoral training initiatives.
